The Economic Community of West African State Court of Justice, has same it'd not remain the sidelines within the battle against terrorist act within the sub-region.

It offered to help member-states to curb terrorist act finance and concealing inside the reach of the powers given on that.

The President of the ECOWAS Court of Justice, His Lordship, Justice Doctor of the Church Traore, same this throughout the gap ceremony of the 2016/17 legal year on Friday in Abuja.

He delineate terrorist act and concealing because the twin manifestation of a scourge-one of that plunges the individuals into sorrow and mourning whereas the opposite chow away at the health of already weakened economies.

Coulibaly in his lecture same the effective management of cash lavation and terrorist act finance needed that the rule of law be maintained and also the principle of independence of the judiciary ought to be revered.

These, he said, could also be achieved through the appointment of judicial officers on benefit, absence of political interference within the exercise of judicial functions and security of tenure of workplace of judges.
